Jennie Roberts

Biography

Jennie Roberts was born in Ghana, West Africa, and moved to Manchester aged three. 

She has over 30 years of industry experience, from having trained at Vidal Sassoon as a teenager, to working internationally with some of the biggest names in film and music. Editorially and for campaigns, she's collaborated with such reputable photographers as Juergen Teller, Annie Liebovitz, Rankin, Lorenzo Agius and Bryan Adams.

She made an early impact working in the music industry, working for years with The Spice Girls and later with artists such as Rita Ora, Ellie Goulding and Ella Eyre.

It wasn't long before Jennie's no nonsense, caring and discreet approach led to her to becoming regularly requested by movie A-listers, working across press tours, junkets and red carpet events. Her enviable list of clients include Willem Dafoe, Donald Glover, John Boyega, Lydia West, Gugu Mcbatha-Raw, Thandie Newton, Michael Caine, Sope Dirisu, Taika Waititi & Chiwetel Ejiofor.

Commercially Jennie has been a brand ambassador and consultant for brands including Ojon, Curlsmith and Wakati, and is currently Global Senior Hairstylist for Shea Moisture.
