Biography

Affable hair and makeup artist Wendy Turner is a highly regarded, key figure in the industry with over 20 years of experience working with a diverse range of commercial clients and celebrities alike. 

Prior to settling in London, Wendy perfected her skills in Manchester where she qualified as both a hairdresser and beauty therapist. She is often requested because of her ability to do both hair and make up but also for her specialty with skin – creating clean, natural and subtle complexions with her own style as well as her love of experimenting with different mediums in beauty shoots.

Editorially Wendy has worked with reputable photographers such as Maisie cousins, Jordan Rossi, Simon Lipman and Charlie Gray creating beauty and fashion for publications such as Paper Magazine, Wonderland, Schon, Blanc Magazine Tatler and Harper’s Bazaar.

Wendy regularly works with actresses including Charlotte Riley and pop stars such as Billy Eilish, Becky Hill, Piri and Tommy, and Tove Lo. Her commercial clients include Victoria Beckham, Jimmy Choo, Adidas, Accessorise, Fleur of England, Superdrug and M&S.
